Casuarina Hut An idyllic beach spot on the shores of Bang Tao Bay where you can enjoy live seafood cooked to your liking. A small a-la-carte menu complements the daily changing selection of live seafood kept in fish tanks and shown on the blackboard. Guests are encouraged to choose the live items themselves.
La Trattoria Italian Chef Marco Ravasio's cuisine can also be described as simple and stylish, but with an emphasis on taste as a primary concern, and never allowing too much style get in the way of the flavour and the integrity of ingredients.
