to customize the content of our site to meet the needs of our customers

personally confirming each reservation you transacted online. We do not
sell individual customer names or other private profile information to
third parties. We respect and will continue to respect the privacy of
our customers who use our online reservation system.
You will occasionally receive updates from us about special offers, new
services, and noteworthy news.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
The use of this site is at your own risk. All parties accessing this
site assume all responsibility and risk for use of this site. Asiatravelonline

insolvency, dissolution or liquidation even if such party has been advised
of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Asiatravelonline or any third party providers or distributors should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the above described functions or uses of this site or its content, the liability of, Asiatravelonline and any third party providers and distributors shall in no event exceed, Thai Baht THB 2500.00 (Thai Baht Two Thousand Five Hundred Only), whichever is lower.

the right to modify prices without prior notice. Unless otherwise expressly
stated, all prices on this site shall be exclusive of all taxes, levies,
fees, airport pick up charges and all other charges together with any
fine, penalty or interest payable because of your default.
